His journey in marketing begins in the luxurious world of Baglioni Hotels where he deals with the development of local markets, but digital abducts him in 2012 when he joins Business Competence with the aim to develop web data analysis services. Fascinatedby this field, Enrico embarks on his own entrepreneurial adventure with TheRealFace which helps companies to develop new products and retail formats leveraging a user-generated-data analysis proprietary technology. The proximity of TheRealFace with the retail market brings it closer to the Retex Group from which it is gradually absorbed. However, there Enrico is involved in the creation of a new service line which guides companies to approach China through digital tools. It’s but a short step from here to discovery of the fascinating Chinese culture, just as short as the one that takes him to join Tencent in 2017.
Enrico, born in 1983, graduates in Sociology and Semiotics in 2009 and after 2 years job experience begin the Master inEconomics & Marketing atthe Sole24Ore Business School. Always intrigued by the linkbetween society and human attitude, it is precisely entering Tencent that he rediscovers how much this impacts also on digital technology development. Enrico dedicates most of his spare time to food-related activities: traveling, cooking, restaurant, inviting friends home, and finally swimming to stem the collateral effects of all the previous. Born in Friuli, one of the most remote regions of northern Italy, he now lives in London.
